Yoga United are delighted to welcome experienced retreat leader Mel Hoffstead to join Yoga United in India for her loving hands reiki and creative expression retreat.
REIKI AND CREATIVITY WORKSHOPS
Over the years Mel has woven together her skills to create a unique blend of Reiki and Creativity. Reiki is at the core of these workshops which enable people to open their creative treasure chests. Using a combination of Reiki, story- telling, dance, sound healing, ritual, guided visualisation, the participants have an opportunity to reach inner depths of their creative selves. Stories are an important part of Mel's work, and through hearing stories from all around the world, allowing them to resonate within us, can stimulate personal expressive abilities .

For the last 3 and half years, due to Covid Mel has been running an International Sunday evening Reiki and Creativity workshop on Zoom which started as a fund raiser for Zijn Centrum- a Reiki centre in the Hague. As a member of the Reiki Alliance- a global Reiki organisation, Mel has been invited to run Reiki and Creativity workshops internationally,
Four times a year there are Reiki and Creativity workshops to honour the seasons and celebrate the equinoxes.
